Defense of the NOVICE

Teams will make a party of 5. All must be Novices with a Simple Knife.
Each fight, 2 teams will face each other. Each team will chose and say who will be their LEAD NOVICE.
They will fight it out. A team will win once they kill the LEAD NOVICE of the opposing team.

The map must be able to be @save'd so the NOVICE who dies will have a selected spawning point. The GM will decide which will be the location of the spawning point.

This would be even better if it has its own script for a fountain healer.
If you seem to have any ideas to balance this please do share.

The mechanics of the event will be like this.This event requires 2 persons (2 GMs, 1 GM & 1 Helper, etc.). A GM will announce the event via server broadcast.Players must then PM a certain character that only sports one letter in it's name.The letter is lowercase L.
Catch is, the person to be PMed must have twenty-three l's on his/her name (which is authorized by the GM, i.e: helper).

Ex.: lllllllllllllllllllllll

Since the game uses Arial font, the letters, lowercase L and uppercase I looks like the same.So, players must race to crack the person to be PMed in combinations of uppercase i, lowercase l, lowercase l, so on and so forth until 3 players succeeds in PMing the person.Just like cracking a safe.

how long will it take 4yrs?lolz

the second one will take for a minute(s), depends on how many characters will be used.GMs can change the number of charcters if they want to.

Ex.: lll, llll, lllll , etc.

Other clients use a different type font though.

so you mean other players from this server uses other type of font in game?

Yes. At least I think so.

if that's the case, let the GMs decide wether they will gonna do the PM the Fairy L.I. Grandmother event or not.But as far as i know, we only use one type of font in game (even if we change our skin).

i also have this event idea called "traveling around the world"

so as the title said its pretty much traveling from one town to another, and the town of choice shall be decided by the gm event staff. but to make it interesting, you have to walk from one map to another, lol, until you reach the final destination. to make it even more interesting, increase agility skill and speed potions should be disabled, so all participants could only rely on equipments that adds movement speed. no warp commands or warp skills either, lol.

In order to win this event obviously each player must have a decent knowledge of the whole rune midgard map.so for example, the gm would host a meeting point first, for those who are going to participate in the event.after that, the session continues with warping all the participants into a town of choice ... i'll randomly say, payon.So all the participants will start in payon.

And then, the gm would pick a certain town ... uhhh ok, prontera. and just sit there and wait.And then, broadcast the message "the first player to enter the soutshide door of prontera wins" so the finish line will be the soutshide entrance of prontera. Spectators could join the gm for the wait and to be judges as well in case some extra judgements are needed but of course the final decision depends on the gm.

And it can also be fields or any certain map, i mean it doesnt hurt to switch it up a bit. doesnt have to be towns.for example, lets say the participants starting point is pay_fild04 and the finish line is soutshide entrance of Aldebaran.And the gm could add a little quest while participants are travelling across the maps like;

"its kind of cold here in Aldebaran, bring me a mink coat"

And mink coat is dropped by wolves, so at the map with wolves, kill some and grab some
then continue the rest of that journey.

Prizes to be given out could be a one hat/custom item of your choice (depends on the GMs).

That would be a swell event! It'll be a long one though...

Just like the Game Show "Amazing Race"..

A party will be created and composed of 3 members max.../gg

and after fulfilling the GM's request you will get a Ticket(i.e. Kafra Pass)...

That you really completed the task...

and then move to the other town and then another task and until you completed all the task of the GMs and find the Head event GM(Example:R a M s)

and then trade the tickets you've acquired then the prize will be each member..LOL

This will be a very long event but I think this is enjoyable with Big Prizes!...

hmmm.. ok let us GM handle this..
