That is a spyware. It probably came from ads in the DL sites.

Eh... Can your antivirus repair the infected file? Do a thorough scan on your PC.

Do you use IE or FireFox? If you are using firefox, install an add-on "NoScript" and "AdBlock". They are pretty nice for blocking ads.

I also suggest AVAST! anti virus. It is an online anti virus so it is really easy to update. It doesn't even consume a lot of resources updating.

The file seems unrepairable. You must delete it. If you have all the virus guard and script guard try to DL the same file and see if it still persists.

You can enable it if you like. It's just for safety measures. And I said delete the infected patches and redownload the new ones without the ads and you have AVAST already. Then see if it still persist.
