about FCP and loud exclamation skill....

Is FCP (full chemical protection) of biochemist disabled?... i tried to cast FCP as well as loud exclamation skill several times but it's not working...i have tried also to reconnect to the server but still not working.I have my full SP as shown in the picture but it said i have no enough SP,full SP but look at the info above SP =1/1....pls fix those skills, or inform me if it is normally been disabled by the Admin. tnx!

I will guess that you have 4 fallen bishop cards in there.

oh.. tnx murkloar for the info, its ok now..lol.. i removed the 2 fallen cards from the shoes and my skills are now working.

FCP is also affected if the enemy or opponent used dispell...
