RAM takes off the load from those resource eating effects and showing a lot of sprites in 1 screen. It helps, but in no way makes your connection faster.

RAM = PC performance

PC cannot perform = RO(even offline games) can't even run properly

You connection isn't directly related to RAM.

If you're talking about performance, you also would've mentioned Video Card.
