as you may know RMS is not free it requires cash to promote the server there
and as for the CP it is linked to the host internet connection whenever the host connections is down the CP and the server is dead??? do you get it?? | |

First get a host then try for RMS. Because without a host
people like myself get really laggy because of the distance.
